Be a Buddy Program (BaB) volunteers and Ms. Pat’s Outreach Program helped over 150 participants picked up produce at 6 different Thursday Food Pantry days.
Food demos were recorded live and uploaded to Instagram account for others to follow.
BaB volunteers tabled during Covid-19 testing dates at our site, where over 750 individuals came in for a self-test. The BaB team also played a pivotal role in supporting vaccination efforts alongside Urban Health Plan, able to secure vaccines for close to 1500 Hunts Point residents.
