Conducted 6 Elder Abuse trainings to 61Urban Health Plan (UHP) Professionals. Through the NSHOPP Elder AbuseTraining, UHP professional staff are more equipped in handling crisis ElderAbuse cases.
Conducted 13 group Educational Training workshops with 1371 UHP participants over exceedingtarget goal.
Held 4 Task Force Meetings in 2019 with an average attendance of 25 attendees that included clients,community participants and professionals. The Task Force provides input andguidance to ensure effective delivery of the project.
