Daniel's Music Foundation – DMF Group Classes

Launched The Touro Young Academic Music Program, a collaboration with Touro College, to provide educational math and music instruction to school-age DMF participants with disabilities.

DMF Live Events are virtual social opportunities available to our participants and the public. Virtual live events include Open-Mic Nights, themed virtual dance parties, DMF Expressions (a performance series featuring our Private Lesson students), Virtual Music & Movement with David, and Virtual Dance Along with David.

Along with our Music & Movement Videos, Smile-O-Meter Fridays, and DMF Keynotes, our On-Demand platform also includes the concert series, DMF Common Chords, and the upcoming Instructional Mini-Series, Nancy’s Book Corner, and Talkin’ Music with Gerry.

Offered 55 individuals weekly Virtual Private Lessons, which allow musicians of all experience and ability to learn and explore the joy of music from the comfort of their own homes at an affordable price.  

Garnered over 350 subscribers to their DMF Virtual Community platform. They provided subscribers with regular updates and information on their new programs, events, and other digital music content. In addition, made available free On-Demand instruction videos for unlimited use to the public.

Offered fee-based Small Group Classes, which accommodated up to four individuals, with class options that included Songwriting, Music Theory, and Creative Movement, and were designed to be accessible through remote platforms like Zoom and Google Hangouts.  They also offered Virtual Field Trips to outside organizations that also serve individuals with disabilities.
